Viewers are welcome to arrive from 18.00 and enjoy CAFE MUSICAL’ s repertoire of jazz standards performed by the duo of pianist Agnese Muste and saxophonist Esther Kristiana Ozolina in the restaurant’s musical café, enjoy the festival’s special IKŠĶILE ICE CREAM variety created for the festival.
The GALĀ Concert will start at 20.00 (in two parts)
After the concert at 23.00 The unique highlight of the eagerly awaited festival – Waltz Evening, where until midnight every concertgoer will be able to dance waltzes accompanied by the Operetta Orchestra and maestro Atvars Lakstīgala – on the festival stage where artists have just been singing and dancing! Admission is included in the concert ticket price.
The festival culminates in a grand Gala Concert featuring soloists from four prestigious theatres:
- Soloists of the Budapest Operetta Theatre (Hungary) : DIÁNA KISS (soprano) and NINH DUC HOANG LONG (tenor/Vietnam)
- Soloists of Kaunas State Musical Theatre (Lithuania): MARIJA ARUTIUNOVA (soprano) and ANDREJUS APŠEGA (baritone)
- Soloist of the Zurich Opertheater (Switzerland): ANDREJ KRUTOJ (tenor)
- Operetta theatre soloists: SONORA VAICE (soprano), ANTA JANKOVSKA (soprano/Italy), BAIBA RENERTE (mezzo-soprano), DAINIS SKUTELIS (tenor), ANDRIS LAPIŅŠ (tenor), NAURIS INDZERIS (baritone)
- Operetta Theatre dancers IEVA KEMLERE, ZANE STŪRE, ROLANDS STEINBERG, GIRTS BISENIEKS
