{"id":7132,"date":"2025-04-02T15:50:35","date_gmt":"2025-04-02T13:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/operetesteatris.lv\/festivals\/gala-concert\/"},"modified":"2025-07-28T15:39:31","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T13:39:31","slug":"gala-concert","status":"publish","type":"festivals","link":"https:\/\/operetesteatris.lv\/en\/festivals\/vii-starptautiskas-operetes-festivals\/gala-concert\/","title":{"rendered":"GAL\u0100 concert"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saturday, 16 August at the Ik\u0161\u0137ile Open-Air Stage<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viewers  <strong>are welcome to arrive from 18.00  <\/strong>and enjoy <em>CAFE MUSICAL&#8217; <\/em>s repertoire of jazz standards performed by the duo of pianist Agnese Muste and saxophonist Esther Kristiana Ozolina in the restaurant&#8217;s musical caf\u00e9, enjoy the festival&#8217;s special IK\u0160\u0136ILE ICE CREAM variety created for the festival.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The GAL\u0100 Concert will start at 20.00  <\/strong>(in two parts)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the concert  <strong>at 23.00  <\/strong>The unique highlight of the eagerly awaited festival \u2013 <em>Waltz Evening<\/em>, where until midnight every concertgoer will be able to dance waltzes accompanied by the Operetta Orchestra and maestro Atvars Lakst\u012bgala \u2013 on the festival stage where artists have just been singing and dancing! Admission is included in the concert ticket price. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The festival culminates in a grand Gala Concert featuring soloists from four prestigious theatres:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soloists of the Budapest Operetta Theatre (Hungary) : DI\u00c1NA KISS (soprano) and NINH DUC HOANG LONG (tenor\/Vietnam)<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soloists of Kaunas State Musical Theatre (Lithuania): MARIJA ARUTIUNOVA (soprano) and ANDREJUS AP\u0160EGA (baritone)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soloist of the Zurich Opertheater (Switzerland): ANDREJ KRUTOJ (tenor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operetta theatre soloists: SONORA VAICE (soprano), ANTA JANKOVSKA (soprano\/Italy), BAIBA RENERTE (mezzo-soprano), DAINIS SKUTELIS (tenor), ANDRIS LAPI\u0145\u0160 (tenor), NAURIS INDZERIS (baritone)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operetta Theatre dancers IEVA KEMLERE, ZANE ST\u016aRE, ROLANDS STEINBERG, GIRTS BISENIEKS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with the dancers and the symphony orchestra under the direction of <strong>Atvars Lakst\u012bgala<\/strong>, the soloists will create an unforgettable festival experience under the blossoming summer sky.
